The 3,800m2 flower garden, designed based on the concept of the stream of the three rivers of Kiso, will be filled with 250,000 bulbs of flowers including 82 varieties of tulips and one type of muscaris. Also enjoy the Flower Pictorial Garden that has been decorated in the motif of Miffy , the rabbit character born in the Netherlands. |

Spring Flower Stories Mom and Dad Flower Festival
The Large Flower Garden will be filled with carnations and fringed pinks, and the promenade will have carnations, fringed pinks and roses. Carnations represent Mother's Day and roses represent Father's Day. |

Autumn Flower Stories
You will enjoy cosmoses in the Main Flower Garden and yellow cosmoses in the Flower Garden from mid-September to mid-October. In the Flower Pictorial Garden, "Mamazu-kun", the mascot character of the Park, will be the motif this year again. In mid-October, 150 types of "traditional chrysanthemums" will be in bloom, including "Ise-giku", "Saga-giku", "Mino-giku", "Edo-giku", and "Higo-giku". You will enjoy a variety of colorful mums that represent autumn. 1.64 million flowers will fill the Park in total:
ˇ 1,000,000 cosmoses (Main Flower Garden)
ˇ Three varieties of 500,000 yellow cosmoses (Flower Garden)
ˇ 125,000 yellow cosmoses and indoor clovers (Flower Pictorial Garden)
ˇ 160 varieties of 15,000 chrysanthemums (to the south of Sansen Pond in the North Zone and on the west side of the outer perimeter.

Winter Light Stories
The landscape will be decorated with broad-ranging illuminations, taking advantage of the characteristics that the Park offers. A beautifully illuminated fantasy world can be seen from anywhere from the Park, especially from the observatory. Different illuminations will decorate each space in the Park, taking each area and its flow lines into consideration. The 65-meter tall Observation Tower will invite you to a panoramic view of a brilliant landscape. |

New Years Day
The first fireworks show of the year in Japan- 108 fireworks fill the sky as soon as the countdown is over. There are more countdown events including live concerts. |

Stairway Art Exhibition Summer Light and Paintings in Tower
In the Observation Tower, the wall of the fire escape landing is used for exhibiting paintings of summer features found in the Kiso Sansen area. Paintings are offered by children from nursery schools located between the upstream and downstream of three rivers of Kiso, in the municipalities where the Kiso Sansen Park facilities are located. Children's pictures are painted with fluorescent paint so that the pictures respond to black lights. The combination of lighting and the brilliant colors of childrenŐs wonderful pictures will bring pleasure to your eyes. |

Spring Festa
Enjoy the blanket of orange California poppies, nemophilas and tulips that cover the flower garden. Many events including magic shows, balloon shows and street performances such as juggling are planned for your entertainment. |

Autumn Festa
The 1700-square-meter flower garden invites you to enjoy 14 varieties of 100,000 cosmoses in diverse colors of red, pink, white, orange and yellow. The observatory floor allows you to see flower pictures on the ground. The Rose Stream is filled with nine varieties of 4000 roses. |
